Company Secretary change

Devro, one of the world's leading manufacturers of collagen products for the food industry, today announces that Andrew Money will be appointed as Group Company Secretary on 25 April 2019, in addition to his current role at the Company as Group General Counsel. He qualified as a solicitor in 2002.  Prior to joining the Company in March 2013, he held senior legal positions in other listed companies in the food and FMCG sectors.

He succeeds John Meredith who will stand down at end of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 25 April 2019.
