Directorate change confirmation

As announced on 11 December 2017, Peter Page will today step down as Chief Executive of Devro, to be succeeded in this role by Rutger Helbing, currently Group Finance Director.

A recruitment process is underway to identify a new Group Finance Director, and in the meantime, Matthew Peacock will assume the role of Interim Group Financial Director.  Matthew has been Group Financial Controller of Devro since 2012.  Nothing falls to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
