Further re: Group Finance Director Retirement

In line with our previous announcement, Simon Webb will step down from his role as Group Finance Director of Devro plc at the close of business on 31 March 2016.

On 9 December 2015 Devro announced that Rutger Helbing, currently Group CFO of Element Six, will join the Company as Group Finance Director on 4 April 2016.
