Confirmation of Board Change

Further to the announcement of 30 April 2014, Devro confirms that Gerard Hoetmer assumes the role of Chairman following Steve Hannam's retirement from the Board today. Gerard has been a non-executive director of Devro since July 2013.

Devro would like to take this opportunity to reiterate its thanks to Steve Hannam.

Chief Executive, Peter Page, said,

"Steve Hannam has made a significant contribution to Devro over the past five years by strengthening our Board, professionalising the way we operate and constructively challenging the executive team.
