Devolver Digital (AIM: DEVO), an award-winning digital publisher and developer of indie video games, announces that its Notice of Annual Meeting ("AM") has been published.

The Notice of AM and, as previously announced, the Annual Report, are available  on, and can be downloaded from, the Company's investor website at: https://investors.devolverdigital.com and will be posted to shareholders who require hard copies.

The AM of the Company will be held at Fieldfisher's offices, 9th Floor, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT, United Kingdom on 9 June 2023 at 4:30 p.m. (UK time).
