Commencement of Post-Consolidation Trading

DevEx Resources Limited (ASX:DEV) today is trading on a post-consolidation deferred settlement basis following shareholder approval of the consolidation of the issued capital of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held 27 November 2018.

The Company is currently trading on ASX Code: DEVDA on the basis that every twelve (12) Shares are consolidated into one (1) Share and in accordance with the following timetable:
