Issue of Unlisted Options

Devex Resources Limited (ASX: DEV) advises that the Board has approved the issue of 10 million unlisted share options to Paul Cranney, a consultant of the Company, pursuant to the Company’s Employee and Consultant Securities Incentive Plan. The unlisted options shall vest immediately on the following terms:

  • 5 million options with an exercise price of 3 cents per share, expiring on 8 December 2019; and

  • 5 million options with an exercise price of 5 cents per share, expiring on 8 December 2019.

Mr Cranney is a professionally qualified geologist who has worked in the exploration and mining industry for 37 years, in senior roles within medium and large corporations. For the last 10 years he has been an independent consultant to number of junior gold and base metal explores Abra Mining Limited and Sandfire Resources NL.

Prior to becoming a consultant in 2006, Paul was Exploration Manager with Perilya Limited. He joined Perilya in 1990, when it was a junior exploration company, and was part of the team that achieved the spectacular growth that transformed that company into a large base metals miner with significant cash flows.

His technical experience covers both gold and base metals, and he has been involved in all aspects of the exploration and mining business including project generation, evaluations, feasibility studies and commissioning, production and major acquisitions.

Quotation agreement
