Proposed Issue of Unlisted Options
Uranium Equities Limited (ASX: UEQ) (‘Uranium Equities’ or the ‘Company’) advises that the Board has resolved to issue a total of 14,800,000 unlisted options to directors and employees of the Company under the terms and conditions of the Uranium Equities Employee Share Option Plan. The Company currently has no options on issue.

The issue of options to directors, as set out below, is subject to shareholder approval at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on or before the 30[th] November 2016. The Company provides the following information in relation to the proposed issue:
