Uranium Equities engages Boswell Capital

The Company has entered an Advisory Services Agreement with Boswell Capital Corporation to provide corporate advice and investor relations services with a focus on the North American investment markets where the Company’s PhosEnergy Process has attracted significant interest.

Boswell Capital is a Toronto based Exempt Market Dealer regulated under the Ontario Securities Commission providing corporate finance solutions, analytical support and strategic advice to both public and private firms in the extractive industries with a particular specialty in Uranium markets. Boswell will support the company as it continues to demonstrate its unique PhosEnergy Process and further advance its core uranium exploration properties.

Pursuant to the agreement, the Company has issued unlisted options to Boswell with the following key terms:

Quotation agreement

  • 1 +Quotation of our additional +securities is in ASX’s absolute discretion. ASX may quote the[+] securities on any conditions it decides.
