Completion of Capital Raising

DevEx Resources Ltd ( ASX:DEV or the Company ) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the two-tranche $17.2 million placement announced on 17 August 2022 ( Capital Raising ).

The second tranche of the Capital Raising was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 22 November 2022 and the Company has today issued a total of 6,544,118 fully paid ordinary shares to Directors (or their nominees) at $0.34 per share to raise approximately $2.2 million.
