PhosEnergy Demerger Completed
Uranium Equities (ASX: UEQ) is pleased to announce the demerger of the Company’s PhosEnergy assets, approved by shareholders on 29 August 2013, has today been completed.
PhosEnergy Limited (PEL) share certificates have been dispatched to shareholders in line with the previously released timetable.
Progress updates on the development and commercialisation of the PhosEnergy Process will be available on PEL’s website www.phosenergy.com going forward.
