Management changes

Uranium Equities Limited (ASX: UEQ) is pleased to announce the appointment of James Merrillees as the Company’s General Manager. James will oversee exploration of the key Alligator Rivers Uranium Field projects and the day to day operations of the Company.

James is an economic geologist with over 15 years’ minerals exploration experience. He has led teams and worked on exploration projects globally including over 10 years with BHP Billiton and subsequently for a number of junior and mid-tier explorers and producers. This included over three years as exploration manager for an ASX-listed uranium explorer.

In addition, Rolf Heinrich has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary effective immediately. The Board takes this opportunity to thank Rolf for his contribution to Uranium Equities over almost six years and to wish him well in his future endeavours.

Kym Verheyen has been appointed Finance Manager and Company Secretary. Kym is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience gained in both public practice and commerce. Kym commenced her career with Deloitte and has since held finance positions in a diverse range of industries.

Change of Registered Office from Adelaide to Perth effective from 24[h] September 2014

In line with the above management changes, the registered and principal administrative office of the Company will be relocated to:
