Uranium Equities Limited advises that, effective immediately, David Brunt will assume the role of Non-executive Director of the Company. The Board would like to extend its sincere thanks to David who has been an Executive Director of the Company since 2006.

David will continue to provide consultancy services to the Company, as required, in addition to his non-executive director duties.
