Deveron Announces TSXV Delisting Date

Toronto, Ontario – Deveron Corp. (TSXV:FARM.H) (“Deveron” or the “Company”) announces that, further to its press release of April 8, 2026, effective at close of business on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, it will voluntarily delist (the "Delisting") its common shares (the "Common Shares") from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"). Despite the Delisting, the Company will continue to be subject to ongoing disclosure and other obligations as a reporting issuer under applicable securities legislation in Canada.

Neither TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
