Development Works Food Co is pleased to announce to its shareholders who are registered in Tadawulaty that the electronic voting on the agenda items of Ordinary General Assembly Meeting commenced this afternoon at 16:00 on this Thursday, 14/11/1442H (corresponding to 24/06/2021G), and will continue until the end of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, through Tadawulaty website, noting that the registration and voting in Tadawulaty services are provided free of charge for all shareholders through the following link: www.tadawulaty.com.sa, noting that both registration and voting in Tadawulaty services are available & free of charge to all shareholders. Please note that direct broadcasting will be available for the AGM meeting through the link available at Tadawulaty. |
The shareholders who will attend the meeting remotely will be able to participate and raise their questions and inquiries on the AGM agenda items directly during the meeting (By using the written conversation feature - to ask their questions and inquiries - which will be available in the meeting broadcast application in Tadawulaty website).
