The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 1 May 2025 were duly passed on a poll by the requisite majorities.
Details of the number of votes cast for, against and withheld on each resolution will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.developnorth.co.uk .
A copy of all resolutions passed as special resolutions has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
