ALLOTMENT OF SHARES 1:10 ENTITLEMENT ISSUE
Further to the Company’s announcement dated 6 July 2012, Venturex Resources Limited (ASX: VXR) confirms that 125,032,913 ordinary shares were allotted today under the Company’s 1:10 Entitlement Issue.
