Restricted shares being released from escrow
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A Jutt Holdings Limited advises that a total of 7,564,296 fully paid ordinary shares and 2,107,148 unlisted options previously restricted in escrow are being released from escrow effective 22 April 2008 and that the Company intends to seek quotation on the Australian Stock Exchange of those shares at that time.
