Restricted shares being released from escrow

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A Jutt Holdings Limited advises that a total of 140,000 fully paid ordinary shares previously restricted in escrow are being released from escrow effective 17 July 2007 and that the Company intends to seek quotation on the Australian Stock Exchange of those shares at that time.
