Annual General Meeting Information

Develop Global Limited (ASX: DVP) (“ Develop ” or the “ Company ”) advises that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 2pm (AWST) on Friday, 8 November 2024, at the office of BDO level 9, Mia Yellagonga Tower 2, 5 Spring Street, Perth WA.

The re-election of certain directors of the Company will be considered at the AGM. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is Thursday, 5 September 2024, at least 45 business days before the AGM. Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00 pm (Perth time) on Thursday, 5 September 2024.
