NOTICE UNDER LISTING RULE 3.13.1

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Develop (ASX: DVP) advises that its 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 29 November 2022.

The closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 19 October 2022. Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (AWST) on 19 October 2022 at the Company’s registered office.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the 2022 Annual General Meeting in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in October 2022.

The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at www.develop.com.au.

Develop (ASX: DVP) has a twin-pronged strategy for creating value. The first of these centres on the exploration and production of future-facing metals. As part of this, the Company owns the Sulphur Springs copper-zinc-silver project in WA’s Pilbara region.
