REQUEST FOR EXTENSION TO VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Venturex Resources Limited (ASX: VXR “the Company”) refers to its request for voluntary suspension on 18 February 2021 and requests a further extension of the suspension.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, the Company advises that the request is pending an announcement regarding the receipt of an incomplete indicative non-binding and confidential equity funding proposal, currently being considered by the Board.

The Company requests that the suspension remain in place until the earlier of:

• a. the release of an announcement by the Company to the market about the outcome of the proposal; or

• b. the commencement of trading on 24 February 2021.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
