VENTUREX BOARD CHANGES

Venturex Resources Ltd (“ Venturex ” or “the Company”) ( ASX: VXR ) refers to ASX release 8 February 2021 and advises that Tony Kiernan will step down as a Director and Chairman of the Venturex board at the close of business today.

Mr Kiernan is succeeded by Anthony Reilly who will assume the role of Chairman on an interim basis until the proposed appointment of Michael Blakiston which is subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming general meeting to be held to consider the Bill Beament led recapitalisation proposal.

The Company would like to extend its thanks to Tony for a decade of dedicated service and sound leadership and wish him well in his other roles.

Attached is an Appendix 3Z final directors interest notice.
