Correction of Statement in Announcement Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
On 6 May 2021, Venturex Resources Limited (VXR or the Company) released its Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (Announcement).
The announcement contains the following statement in the Chairman’s Letter on page 3 of the Notice of Meeting:
“ The Recapitalisation proposal is being led by Bill Beament, one of Australia’s most successful mining executives, who was until recently Executive Chairman of Northern Star Resources (ASX: NST) and has been the driving force behind Northern Star’s growth and success over the past decade from a junior micro-cap to become Australia’s second-largest gold producer with a market capitalisation of ~$12 billion.” (Statement).
VXR wishes to clarify that Bill Beament remains the Executive Chairman of Northern Star Resources until 1 July 2021.
