In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 Venturex Resources Limited [ASX: VXR] is pleased to advise that its 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 26 November 2021 at 10.00am (AWST) at the office of BDO, 38 Station Street Subiaco, Western Australia.
An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of Directors. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3 and clause 13.3 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is Monday, 11 October 2021. Any valid nomination for the position of Director must be received by the Company at its registered office no later than 5:00pm (AWST) on Monday, 11 October 2021.
Further information on the Company’s 2021 Annual General Meeting will be provided in the Notice of Annual General Meeting which will be released to ASX on or before Monday, 25 October 2021.
I advise the following key dates for the remainder of 2021:
