RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 29 NOVEMBER 2019

Venturex Resources Limited (Venturex) wishes to advise that Resolutions 1 to 11 contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting previously advised to the Australian Stock Exchange were passed on a show of hands.

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2 and Section 251AA(1) of the Corporations Act 2001, the proxy votes received in respect of each resolution put to the General Meeting are set out in the attached document.
