REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
The securities of Venturex Resources Limited (ASX: VXR) are currently in a trading halt pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, the Company now requests that its securities be placed in voluntary suspension from the commencement of trading on Monday, 25 July 2016.
The suspension will be lifted upon the release of an announcement regarding a significant capital raising, anticipated to be released prior to trading on Wednesday, 27 July 2016.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
