NOT TO PROCEED WITH PROPOSED SALE OF PILBARA COPPER ZINC PROJECT

The Board of Venturex Resources Limited (“ Venturex ”) referrers to the announcement made on the 22 May 2015, in regards to the proposed sale of the Pilbara Copper Zinc assets.

Venturex received an email this morning from Orion Mine Finance Group (“Orion”), that it is not able to complete its due diligence and will not proceed with the transaction.

When further information is to hand the market will be advised.
