APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
Venturex Resources Limited (ASX: VXR) (Venturex) wishes to advise that Mr Jamie Alexander Gibson has been appointed as an Alternate Director for Mr James (Jim) Mellon effective 12 March 2013.
Mr Gibson is an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Regent Pacific Group Limited (Regent).
Mr Gibson joined Regent in 1996 and has spent most of his professional career with the Company specialising in corporate finance, direct equity investments and structuring emerging market investment products. He holds a law degree from Edinburgh University.
In addition to his current role, Mr Gibson is also a director of a number of subsidiaries of Regent, including Amerinvest Coal Industry Holding Company Limited, which in turn holds a 25% equity interest in West China Coking & Gas Company Limited.
