ENTITLEMENT ISSUE TIMETABLE AMENDMENT

Venturex Resources Limited ( ASX:VXR ) wishes to advise that the timetable for the proposed Entitlement Issue, as detailed in the Prospectus released to the ASX on Wednesday, 1 May 2013, has been amended.
