RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Venturex Resources Limited (ASX: VXR) advises that the Company and Executive Director, Mr Anthony Reilly, have agreed not to extend Mr Reilly’s existing contract upon its current expiry date of 30 June 2012.
Mr Reilly has advised he wishes to pursue some other business interests but will remain a significant Shareholder in the Company.

Mr Reilly will remain a Director of the Company until the completion of his contract and will resign from the Board at that time.
