COMMENCEMENT OF BANKABLE FEASIBILITY STUDY
The Board of Directors of Venturex Resources Limited (Venturex) is pleased to advise that it has approved the commencement of a Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) for the Combined Whim Creek – Panorama Cu-Zn Project, Pilbara Region, Western Australia. The combined operations are expected to achieve annual production of around 16,000t Cu, 40,000t Zn and 4,000t Pb plus significant silver and gold credits.
The process design and infrastructure components of the BFS have been awarded to GR Engineering Services Pty Ltd (GRES). GRES will provide all necessary process and engineering services to successfully carry out a BFS for a 1mtpa process plant facility at Whim Creek, including coordination of final metallurgical test work, evaluation of existing facilities at Whim Creek, power supply, haul roads, accommodation and communications.
