RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 26 NOVEMBER 2010
Venturex Resources Limited (Venturex) wishes to advise that Resolutions 1 to 6 contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting previously advised to the Australian Stock Exchange were passed unanimously on a show of hands.
