NOTICE OF NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT ISSUE TO OPTION HOLDERS
We are writing to you in relation to your option holding in Jutt Holdings Limited (the Company ).
The Company has announced to the Australian Securities Exchange Limited ( ASX ) a nonrenounceable entitlement issue on the basis of one (1) new share for every four (4) shares currently held by Shareholders as at 5.00 pm WST on 12 September 2008 at an issue price of 10 cents per share together with one (1) free option for every share issued ( Entitlement Issue ).
Pursuant to the terms of the options that were issued to you, the Company is required to notify you of your right to participate in any pro rata issue of securities if you exercise your options prior to the record date for the pro rata issue.
Accordingly, take notice that in order to participate in the Entitlement Issue, you will need to exercise your options prior to the record date for the Entitlement Issue, being 12 September 2008 . A Notice of Exercise of Options form is located on the Company website at www.juttholdings.com.
The Company has lodged a prospectus in relation to the Entitlement Issue at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, and this document will be dispatched to Shareholders of the Company on 16 September 2008. The prospectus outlines the Entitlement Issue in detail.
