TRADING HALT REQUEST
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Venturex Resources Limited (ASX: VXR) requests the securities of the Company be placed in a Trading Halt pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising and corporate changes.
The Trading Halt is to end upon the release of an announcement prior to commencement of trading on Wednesday, 17 April 2013.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted.
