Allotment of Securities and Despatching of Holding Statements

The Directors of Jutt Holdings Limited (ASX Code: JUT) are pleased to announce that they have completed the allotment and issue of 10,285,349 shares together with 1:1 free attaching listed options (exercisable at 10 cents on or before 15 June 2009) to members pursuant to its 1:3 Non-Renounceable Entitlement Issue prospectus dated 24 April 2008.

The allotment of these 10,285,349 shares and 10,285,349 options was processed 28 May 2008 and Holding Statements were despatched 29 May 2008.

Following this allotment, the Company has 59,165,646 ordinary shares, 45,069,586 listed options and 3,907,148 unlisted options on issue.

The statement setting out the top 20 holders of fully paid ordinary shares and distribution schedule of fully paid ordinary shares is attached.
