STATUS OF UNDERWRITING AGRE E MENT
Jutt Holdings Limited wi s hes to advise that it has received f o rmal notification from Argonaut Capital Li m ited that it has exercised its right t o terminate the Underwriting Agreement, and its obligations there under, in rel a tion to the 1 for 3 Non-Renounceable Enti t lement Issue. The underwriting agr e ement has been triggered due to the S&P/ A SX Small Resources Index falling mor e than 10% from the date of this Agreement for a period of three (3) continuous b usiness days.
Argonaut Capital Limited has advised that it is committed to t h e success of the Company and that it will continue to work with Jutt’s Board to complete capital raisings required by the C o mpany.
