COMPLETION OF AGREEMENTS

The directors of Jutt Holdings Limited confirm the settlement of the following agreements:

• The Onslow Joint Venture Agreement, to acquire the initial participating interest in the Onslow $\bullet$ Tenements:
• The Liberty Joint Venture Agreement, to acquire the participating interest in the Liberty-Indee $\bullet$ Tenements:
• The Tarrawarra Acquisition of Information Agreement, to acquire mining information regarding the $\bullet$ Tarrawarra Application; and
• The Gallifrey Joint Venture Agreement, to acquire the interest in the Kooline Tenement. $\bullet$
