EXTENSION OF MANAGIING DIRECTORS CONTRACT
The Board of Venturex Resources Limited is pleased to announce that Managing Director, Mr. Michael Mulroney has agreed to a 12 month extension of his contract, effective 27 February 2014.
Chairman Tony Kieran said, “The Board are delighted to extend Michael’s contact for a further 12 months after his current contract expires on 27 Feb 2014.”
Mr. Mulroney will be paid a salary of $275,000 per annum plus standard superannuation and the other standard entitlements.
