Sermaye piyasası mevzuatı çerçevesinde, 1.500.000.000 TL'na kadar yurtiçinde, halka arz edilmeksizin borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesi için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yaptığımız başvuru, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 24.08.2023 tarih ve 49/1025 sayılı kararı ile onaylanmış olup, Başvuru Formu, İhraç Belgesi ve Eki ekte yer almaktadır.

Pursuant to Capital Markets legislation, our application for issuance of debt instruments amounting up to 1 billion and 500 million nominal value for sale without public offer was accepted by Capital Markets Board with its decision numbered 49/1025 dated 24.08.2023 and The application form, Issuance Certificate and Annex to the Issuance Certificate in relation to this offering is attached.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
