30.06.2022 tarihli özel durum açıklamamıza istinaden, Sermaye piyasası mevzuatı çerçevesinde, 500.000.000 TL'na kadar yurtiçinde, halka arz edilmeksizin borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesi için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yaptığımız başvuru, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 15.09.2022 tarih ve 50/1354 sayılı kararı ile onaylanmış olup, Başvuru Formu,  İhraç Belgesi ve İhraç Belgesi Eki ekte yer almaktadır.

As per our special events disclosure dated 30.06.2022 and pursuant to Capital Markets legislation our application for issuance of debt instruments amounting up to 500 million nominal value for sale without public offer was accepted by Capital Markets Board with its decision numbered 50/1354 dated 15.09.2022 and The application form,  Issuance Certificate and Annex to the Issuance Certificate in relation to this offering is attached.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
