(i) To consider and approve Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the Year ended 31st March, 2026 and Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Half year and Year ended 31st March, 2026 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement and Auditor’s report thereon.

Further in continuation of our earlier intimation dated 25th March, 2026 regarding Closure of Trading Window, and pursuant to Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company is closed from 1st April, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Half Year and Year ended 31st March, 2026.
