Pursuant to Regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 22, 2023, we are pleased to inform you that the Company, DEV Information Technology Limited (“DEVIT”), has been awarded a work order of a crucial activity of migrating existing Identity Management Active Directory (AD) environment of GSPC to a new domain aligned with the merged entity.

The project involves end-to-end AD domain migration such that this migration will establish a secure, unified, and scalable identity management framework for the merged entity, supporting future IT integrations and governance. The total project value is approximately ₹53.99 lakhs.

The details of the order as per SEBI has been annexed herewith this letter.
