Pursuant to Regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 22, 2023, we are pleased to inform you that the Company, DEV Information Technology Limited (“DEVIT”), has been awarded a work order for the design, development, and implementation of the GIFT City web portal along with a Digital Twin platform and digital walkthrough experience for citizens.

The project aims to create a centralized, technology-driven platform that enables real-time visualization, project monitoring, and enhanced citizen engagement through advanced digital interfaces.

The total project value is approximately ₹2.79 Crores (excluding GST), with defined timelines for website and digital twin development and an AMC support period post go-live to ensure continuous operation and enhancements

The details of the order as per SEBI has been annexed herewith this letter.
