Pursuant to Regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 22, 2023, we are pleased to inform you that the Company, DEV Information Technology Limited (“DEVIT”), has been awarded a significant work order from National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated (NICSI) on behalf of National Pharmacists Registration Tracking System of the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)- statutory body of the Government of India .

The scope of the order includes for Design, Development, Integration, and Maintenance of Software/Applications/Platforms , along with Cybersecurity Services for the existing IT Infrastructure of Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)). The project also covers the design, development, and maintenance of webbased software infrastructure/applications for the National Pharmacists Registration Tracking System of the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

The total value of the order is approximately INR 26 Crore .

The details of the order as per SEBI has been annexed herewith this letter.
