Dear Sir/Mam,
With reference to our Board meeting announcement dated 12[th] November, 2024 with regards to Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2024, we would like to intimate to the exchange regarding inadvertent minor clerical error related to disclosure in the ‘Statement of Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results under ‘Earing Per Share- EPS’, Basic and Diluted for comparative quarter ended on 30[th] September, 2023, which have been disclosed as (0.10) & (0.12) instead of 0.74 & 0.73.
The corrected EPS table should be read as under:
