Pursuant to regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July13, 2023; Dev Information Technology Ltd. (DEVIT) has secured a significant work order from its esteemed client, ‘ RajCOMP Info Services Ltd ’. The engagement involves the implementation of a centralized middleware Enterprise Service Bus, "Raj Sewa Dwaar," designed to facilitate seamless, secure, and transparent access to all software services. This platform will enable efficient interapplication communication across various departmental systems and services. The project, valued at approximately ₹1.16 crore , will be executed over a period of two years.

This work order has been issued to secure access of all services through four major components of Raj Sewa Dwaar project i.e. 1) IBM Advance Developer Portal; 2) IBM API Connect; 3) IBM Data Power and 4) IBM Integration.

The details of the order as per SEBI has been annexed herewith this letter.
