Pursuant to regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July13, 2023 and pursuant to the Press Release submitted by the company dated 02[nd] July, 2025, we are pleased to inform you that Dev Information Technology Ltd (DEVIT) Secured Major Order Worth Rupees 4.4 Crore for IT Deal with “Alivus Lifesciences”.

DEVIT has secured significant orders worth approximately ₹4.4 crore from Alivus Lifesciences Limited. The engagement includes a significant order of ₹3.60 crore for Microsoft Select Plus perpetual licenses. DEVIT also secured a direct order of ₹80 lakh from Alivus Lifesciences for a suite of enterprise software solutions, including Microsoft, Zoho, Adobe, and TeamViewer products.

The details of the order as per SEBI has been annexed herewith this letter.

b) significant terms and conditions of order(s)/contract(s) awarded in brief; - DEVIT has secured orders totaling approximately ₹4.4 crore from Alivus Lifesciences Limited. This includes a major engagement worth ₹3.60 crore for Microsoft Select Plus perpetual licenses. While the licenses will be billed directly by the Licensing Solution Partner, DEVIT played a pivotal advisory role in aligning Alivus Lifesciences’ IT infrastructure with the appropriate Microsoft licensing model. This emphasis DEVIT’s expertise in managing complex enterprise IT requirements and driving digital transformation initiatives.

In addition, DEVIT received a direct order worth ₹80 lakh from Alivus Lifesciences for a suite of enterprise software solutions, including products from Microsoft, Zoho, Adobe, and TeamViewer. This highlights DEVIT’s strength in delivering integrated, multi-product solutions tailored to specific business needs.
