With reference to the captioned subject and further to our letter dated 30th May, 2019 in respect of submission of outcome and financial results with reference to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and orsclosure Requirement), 2015, we would like to state that there are minor typographical error in following amounts of 'Non-Current Assets' heads:

2. Intangible Assets

We would further like to state that the above-mentioned changes will not affect the overall Profits for the year ended on 3l't March, 2019 neither the Net Assets and Liabilities in the Balance sheet for the year ended on 3l't March, 2019.

Accordingly, we hereby enclose the revised Standalone and Consol idated Balance sheet for the Half year and Year ended on 3l't March, 2019.
