મધ્યપ્રદેશના શાજાપુર રહી હતી કે આ સરકારી કાર્યક્રમ નજરે પડી રહ્યાં છે ભાજપ જીલ્લાના કાલાપીપલ જનપદ છે કોઇ પાર્ટી વિશેષનો કાર્યક્રમ નેતાએ આરોપ લગાવ્યો કે જે પંચાયત પરિસરમાં સોગંદ વિધિ નથી તમામ લોકો પોતાની જગ્યા મંચ બનાવવામાં આવ્યો હતો સમારો હમાં ભાજપ અને પર બેસી જાય કાર્યક્રમનું ગૌરવ તેને કોંગ્રેસીઓએ ઘેરી લીધો હતો કોંગ્રેસના નેતા પરસ્પર લડી જાળવી રાખો પરંતુ આમ છતાં આ સાથે જ જે ભાજપના પડયા હતાં અહીં જનપદ અધ્યક્ષ ભાજપ અને કોંગ્રેસ નેતા વાત નવનિર્વિચાર મહિલા સભ્ય છે અને નવનિર્વાચિત સભ્યોનો સાંભળવા માટે તૈયાર ન હતાં તેમને મંચ પર જગ્યા મળી ન હતી ચર્ચા વચ્ચે સોંગંદ વિધિ
કોંગ્રેસ નેતા અને જનપદ સભ્ય નવીન શિંદે અને કોંગ્રેસના નેતા આવ્યો હતો.

સાથે જ તેમના પ્રતિનિધિ પણ
જગ્યા લઇ રહ્યાં હતાં જયારે
ભાજપના જે સભ્ય અને મહિલા
સભ્ય છે.તેમને જગ્યા મળી રહી
ન હતી આ વાતને લઇ ભાજપ
અને કોંગ્રેસ નેતાઓ વચ્ચે ભારે

VC/0AVM દ્રારા એજીએમમાં હાજરી આપનાર સભ્યોને અધિનિયમની ધારા ૧૦૩ અંતર્ગત કોરમની ગણતરીનાં હેત માટે માન્ય ગણવામાં આવશે. VC/OAVM દ્વારા યોજાનારી એજીએમમાં જોડાવવા માટેની સૂચનાઓ એજીએમની નોટિસમાં ઉપલબ્ધ છે.
લિન્ક ઇન ટાઇમ ઇન્ડિયા પ્રાઇવેટ લીમીટેડ (LIIPL) ની ઇ-વોટિંગ સેવાઓ દ્વારા કંપની તેના સભ્યોને ઇ-વોટિંગ સિસ્ટમ (''રિમોટ ઈ-વોટિંગ'') નો ઉપયોગ કરીને મતદાન કરવાની સુવિધા આપતા આનંદ અનુભવે છે. વધુમાં કંપનીની એજીએમ દરમ્યાન ઇ-વોટિંગ સિસ્ટમ દ્વારા પોતાનો મત આપનારા સભ્યો પણ એજીએમમાં ભાગ લઈ શકે છે. પરંતુ તેઓ ફરીથી મતદાન કરવા હક્કદાર રહેશે નહી. એજીએમ દરમિયાન રિમોટ ઈ-વોટિંગ અને ઈ-વોટિંગ માટેની વિગતવાર પ્રક્રિયા એજીએમની નોટીસમાં આપવામાં આવી છે.
રિમોટ ઇ-વોટિંગની અવધિ સોમવાર, તા. ૨૯ ઓગસ્ટ ૨૦૨૨ ના રોજ સવારે ૯ઃ૦૦ કલાકે શરૂ થશે અને બુધવાર, તા. ૩૧ ઓગસ્ટ ૨૦૨૨ ના રોજ સાંજે ૫:૦૦ કલાકે સમાપ્ત થશે. ગુરૂવાર, ૨૫ ઓગસ્ટ ૨૦૨૨ ની કટ ઓફ તારીખ પ્રમાણે શેર ધરાવતા કંપનીના સભ્યો રિમોટ ઇ-વોટિંગ દ્વારા પોતાનો મત આપી શકે છે. કોઇપણ સભ્ય એજીએમની નોટીસ મોકલ્યા પછી કંપનીના શેર ખરીદીને કંપનીના સભ્ય બન્યા હોય અને ગુરૂવાર, તા ૨૫ ઓગસ્ટ ૨૦૨૨ ના રોજ શેર ધરાવતા હોય તેઓ [email protected] પર રિકવેસ્ટ મોકલી login id તથા પાસવર્ડ મેળવી શકે છે. રીમોટ ઇ-વોટિંગ મોડયુલ બુધવાર તા. ૩૧ ઓગસ્ટ, ૨૦૨૨ ના બરાબર ૫:૦૦ કલાકે લિન્ક ઈન ટાઈમ (LIIPL) દ્વારા વોટિંગ માટે બંધ કરવામાં આવશે.
ઉપરોક્ત એમસીએ પરિપત્રો અને સેબીના પરિપત્રોનું પાલન કરીને, વાર્ષિક સામાન્ય સભાની નોટીસ અને નાણાકીય વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧-૨૨ માટેના વાર્ષિક અહેવાલ સાથે તે સભ્યોને જ ઈલેક્ટ્રોનિક મોડ દ્વારા મોકલવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે કે જેમના ઈમેઈલ સરનામાં કંપની/આરટીએ/ડીપોઝીટરીસ સાથે નોંધાયેલા છે. સભ્યો નોંધ લઈ શકે કે નોટિસ અને વાર્ષિક અહેવાલ કંપનીની વેબસાઇટ www.hleglascoat.com, સ્ટોક એક્ષચેન્જ i.e. BSE Limited ની વેબસાઈટ www.bseindia.com પર પણ ઉપલબ્ધ રહેશે.

આમ આદમી પાર્ટી જમ્મુ-કાશ્મીરની તમામ બેઠકો પર ચૂંટણી લુડશે
દિલ્હી સરકારના કેબિનેટ મંત્રી અને આમ આદમી પાર્ટીના કાશ્મીર ચૂંટણી બાબતોના પ્રભારી ઈમરાન હુસૈને કહ્યું કે જો પાર્ટી જમ્મુ અને કાશ્મીરમાં સત્તામાં આવશે તો લોકોને મફત વીજળી, સારી આરોગ્ય અને પરિવહન સેવાઓ મળશે. આ સાથે બાળકો માટે શ્રેષ્ઠ શિક્ષણ મોડલ તૈયાર કરવામાં આવશે. કાશ્મીર ખીણની મુલાકાતે આવેલા ઈમરાન હુસૈને કહ્યું કે છછ જમ્મુ અને કાશ્મીરની તમામ સીટો પર ચૂંટણી લડશે અને આશા છે કે લોકો પાર્ટીમાં તેમનો વિશ્વાસ ફરીથી સ્થાપિત કરશે.તેમણે કહ્યું કે, જનતાની માંગ પર ઉમેદવારોને ટિકિટ આપવામાં આવશે. આ માટે અમે સામાન્ય જનતા સાથે ચર્ચા કરીશું જેથી ભ્રષ્ટાચાર મુક્ત ચહેરાઓ ચૂંટણી લડી શકે. 'અખંડિતતા' ભાજપનું મોડલ છે અને અમે એવા રાજકારણીઓને સ્વીકારીશું નહીં જેમની અમારી પાર્ટીમાં સારી ઇમેજ નથી. મોટા રાજનેતાઓ અમારો સંપર્ક કરી રહ્યા છે, પરંતુ અમે તે લોકોને તેમના નેતા તરીકે જોઈતા હોઈશું.
ઇમરાને વધુમાં કહ્યું કે કાશ્મીરમાં સ્વિટ્ઝર્લેન્ડની જેમ વિકાસ કરવાની ક્ષમતા છે અને આપ તેને વાસ્તવિકતામાં ફેરવશે. જો જમ્મુ અને કાશ્મીરના લોકો વિચારે છે અને માને છે કે આપએ વાસ્તવમાં દિલ્હીમાં સારો કાર્યકાળ કર્યો છે, તો તેઓ આ પાર્ટીને જમ્મુ-કાશ્મીરમાં સારી આવતીકાલ માટે પસંદ કરી શકે છે.

ઘૂસી હતી. રાત્રે ૯:૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધી ચાલેલા દરોડા દરમિયાન ટોઁમે મોબાઈલ, એટીએમ, ક્રેડિટ કાર્ડ
ચાલુ દરોડા દરમિયાન જયારે તેઓ તેમના ઘરે પહોંચ્યા ત્યારે ટીમે તેમની પુછપરછ પણ કરી અને દિલ્હી પોલીસ ૧૫ ઓગસ્ટે મંગળવારે સવારે ૯ વાગ્યે તેમને स्वतंत्रता हिन पर्वने લઇને હાઈ સહિત જમીનના બે દસ્તાવેજો જપ્ત જગરનાથપુરના સત્તાવાર એલર્ટ છે. પૂરી દિલ્હી સહિત લાલ આવસે. નિવાસસ્થાન પર બોલાવ્યા હતા. કિલા પર સુરક્ષાનો ચુસ્ત બંદોબસ્ત

NOTICE OF 22ndANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, REMOTE E-VOTING INFORMATION AND BOOK CLOSURE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE 22nd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM") OF THE COMPANY WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAy, AUGUST 31, 2022 AT 04:00 P.M. THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCING (VC)/ OTHER AUDIO VISUAL MEANS (OAVM) TO TRANSACT THE BUSINESSES AS SET OUT IN THE NOTICE OF THE AGM.
Dispatch:Notice of the 22nd AGM and Annual Report for the financial year ended on March 31, 2022 have been sent to all the Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company and/or Depositories in accordance with the Circular issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs Circular No. 20/2020 dated May 05, 2020 read with its circulars No. 14/2020 dated April 08, 2020, Circular No. 17/2020 dated April 13, 2020, Circular No. 39/2020 dated December 31, 2020 and Circular No. 02/2021 dated January 13, 2021(collectively referred to as "MCA Circulars")and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/79 dated May 12, 2020 and circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD2/CIR/P/2021/11 dated January 15, 2021 and clarification dated May 05, 2022 (collectively referred to as"SEBI Circulars"). The dispatch of Notice of AGM has been completed on Tuesday, August 09, 2022. The Notice of the 22nd AGM and Annual Report for the financial year ended on March 31, 2022 inter-
alia indicating the process and manner of remote e-voting are available at the Company's website at www.nilaispaces.com under investors segment which can be freely downloaded by any member.
Book Closure:Notice is also hereby given that pursuant to provision of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies(Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, August 25, 2022 to Wednesday, August 31, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 22ndAGM of the Company.
Voting through Electronic Mode:Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, Secretarial Standards-2 on General Meetings and Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Members of the Company holding shares either in physical or dematerialized form as on the cut-off date i.e. Wednesday, August 24, 2022, are offered the facility of exercising their votes by electronic means through the remote e-voting services provided by National Securities Depository Limited ("NSDL") on any or all businesses to be transacted at the AGM as specified in the notice.
The remote e-voting shall commence on Sunday, August 28, 2022 (09:00 a.m.) and shall end on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 (05:00 p.m.). The remote e-voting shall be disabled by NSDL after the said date and time. Once the votes are casted by the Members on the various resolutions by remote e-voting, he/she will not be allowed to change it subsequently. Those members, who shall be present at the AGM through VC/OAVM facility and had not cast their votes on the Resolutions through remote e-voting and are otherwise not barred from doing so, shall be eligible to vote through e-voting system during the AGM.
Any person who acquires shares of the Company and becomesaMember after dispatch of the Notice and holding shares as on cut-off date i.e. Wednesday, August 24, 2022, may obtain the login ID and Password by sending a request at [email protected] or to the Company at [email protected] or to the Company's Registrar, M/s. MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited at [email protected]. However, if a person is already registered with NSDL for remote e-voting then existing user ID and Password can be used for casting vote.
The Members who have cast their votes by remote e-voting prior to the AGM may also attend/ participate in the AGM through VC/OAVM but shall not be entitled to cast their votes again.
Scrutinizer: The Company has appointed Mr. Umesh Ved of M/s Umesh Ved & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer to scrutinize the remote e-voting and e-voting process during the AGM in a fair and transparent manner.
